Hi, I have recently opened my counselling services in the Nimbin/Lismore region. I have qualifications and experience in Mental Health, Indigenous Trauma and Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy.

 I base my counselling style on the Rogerian principles of non-judgment, being open, honest and respectful, and allowing the client to be in power of themselves. I use an integration of all principal modalities, including Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy (Internal and External). My usual fee is $130 for a 50 minute session. Half price for the first session. Missed appointments incur a fee. $65 if not cancelled or postponed outside of 4 hours prior. To accommodate the need for people who have found themselves homeless, I am offering my services for donation or free, depending on the circumstances.
